The ‘7 Day Challenge’
In the 7 Day Challenge, we’ll send you an email every morning with simple exercises so you can get a taste for mindfulness practice. Each exercise may only take 2 or 3 minutes.
By the end of the week, you should have:
- learned a simple breathing technique to calm the mind
- started tuning-in to feelings in the body
- begun to recognise just how busy we keep ourselves
- worked out how to take creative pauses
- trialled some empathy/kindness exercises
- got some insight into how mindfulness works
