Analysing your situation

When we get into that state, brain chemistry kicks in which affects our clarity of thought.  We start to go into fight or flight mode and that prioritises physical readiness over rational thinking!

So it’s no surprise that we’re not at our best when this happens. It creates a vicious cycle which can lead to a range of symptoms, from affecting our energy and motivation, to emotional and physical ill-health.

Mindfulness training has been proven to help you be more focused and less distracted. Simply put, this means that you can get more done with less worry.

In today’s work environment there’s more stress than ever. We’re all expected to do more in less time, or generate more business with less cost. That comes at a price: long hours and your wellbeing!
