Simon led a workshop and followed up with individual coaching sessions. The aim was to help admin staff deal with a period of significant change and restructuring, requiring cool heads and positive attitudes.

“I thought the format was the right balance of discussion and practise. I have been thinking a lot more about how to integrate mindfulness in the workplace, and find that taking even a few minutes out  generates much more time in the longer-term, through having an uncluttered mind.”
